“What came in the mail was not at all what is on the site. The product is not painted but rather clear stained making the engraved words nearly illegible. I had to sand down the stain / clear coat just to be able to see the engraving. The site picture is very misleading.
Customer service was ok. My piece was also missing the bucket for catching and I was given a partial (30%) refund.
Bottom line this is not anything close to what’s depicted on the site.”
I’m sorry that you don’t like the board you received. Because we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker. We’ve seriously taken your feedback as this is very important in how we can improve our services as a company as we grow.
