This is to notify agiftspersonalized that I am still waiting for my order that was promised to be here by Christmas Day. I ordered 2 of the same product and only received 1. When I called I was assured I would receive the second item before Christmas. I never received it and the tracking info doesn’t not show where the product is. I also now do not have the gift I purchased to give my mom. I’m very upset because this company had no problem taking my money to place the order but had a huge problem delivering to me exactly what I ordered. I am not looking for a refund or a credit what I would like is the item sent to me ASAP. This was a meaningful gift and I’d like to present it to my mom. Thank you!

“It’s fairly nice, For the price I would say it’s a decent deal. Although now after purchasing I wish I had bought this product from a different company. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the frame ( it looks a bit cheaper ) but that won’t stop me from purchasing from your company again in the future. I have ordered from you before and always been satisfied.”
