“The shipping time took forever. Literally almost 2 months. If you would just say that a person can at least have an understanding. Be forthright. And answer the emails that come in to your customer service department. The gift I purchased was lovely and well received. I’m just not certain I would have faith in ordering again based on the lengthy shipping time and lack of communication. I’m sorry. I rarely leave reviews but this was a struggle for me.”
