“I ordered 5 of the Bamboo Case BBQ sets. They stated that there would be two lines engraved on each case. Only the names were engraved on all 5. The second line was missing off each of the 5 cases. I emailed the company and no response. I ordered one for a birthday and had to give it, but it was definitely not what I was led to expect.”
