“THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM, IM NOT SURE IF THE PROBLEM IS WITH THEM OR UPS OR USPS WHATEVER BUT I NEVER GOT MY PACKAGE. I EMAILED THEM IMMEDIATELY TO TELL THEM ALTHOUGH IT SAYS DELIVERED I LIVE IN A ROUGH NEIGHBORHOOD SO YOU CANT JUST LEAVE PACKAGES ON MY DOOR STEP AND WALK AWAY. THEY ASKED ME TO ASK MY NEIGHBORS, THEY ASKED ME TO ASK THE POST OFFICE. I TOLD THEM I ALREADY DID THOSE THINGS AND EXHAUSTED MY OPTIONS SO WHATS NEXT WILL I RECEIVE A NEW ONE OR MY MONEY BACK, THEY TOLD ME NEITHER AND THEYRE OPENING A CASE WITH THE POST OFFICE. WHICH IS EXTREMELY SUCKY AND UNFORTUNATELY TO ME BECAUSE I ORDERED THIS AS A GIFT AND MY MOM WONT BE RECEIVING ANYTHING!!! THIS WAS FOR MOTHERS DAY AND YOURE TELLING ME YOU CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT THATS FUCKING UNFAIR AND DISGUSTING”
