“The personalalized engraving was over sprayed and came over the lines. It was not neat at all, extremely unprofessional. But the customer service department was helpful with getting the item reorder. I’m hoping whoever processes the new order paid more attention and the paint for the engraving didn’t bleed everywhere. Despite the engraving issue the rest of the product looks to be in great shape.”
“I got this box for my boyfriend’s birthday, thinking it would be a classic gift. The box itself is beautiful however the actual name on the glass looks not as beautiful. The edges are not well defined and the big letter of his name looks blurry. I would do some research before buying.”
