“Avoid this humidor at all costs! The product comes with an analog hygrometer that the instructions give a disclaimer for regarding its accuracy. It simply says, after “calibration”, “if calibration doesn’t achieve 75% humidity, make a note of its deviation. I’m not sure that corrects a malfunctioning hygrometer (FYI mine was off by 20%). They try to entice you into paying more money for the “more reliable” digital version they sell. I mean you just can’t make this stuff up.
What’s worse, the humidor they sent me leaked all over the box. I made sure to not overfill it and wipe away any excess I saw on top. The problem us it leaked from the seal on the bottom. I walked away for 30 minutes and by the time I came back it leaked all in the box. I took it out and investigated and found that it leaked around the seal in the bottom. I’d be surprised if they even put a gasket in there, but I wasn’t about to take it apart to find out. I will be contacting for a refund of this horribly defective product.”
