“Order #109769. Thank you for quickly sending the replacement for the damaged compass cover. The new one looks fine. But, when I opened it, the compass actually fell out if it's case. I had to glue it back in. Your customer service is very efficient. But someone should check your quality control. If I was unable to get the compass to stay in the case, it would of been the second damaged unusable product. Sincerely, Joan Bertini”
