“My decanter arrived and I was very pleased with the designed, however it came with no top. I called and spoke to a customer service agent and she actually said (and I quote)" I guess I'll have to take your word for it that no top came with the decanter." Really?? Why would lie about a missing top. She said she would try but could not guarantee delivery by Christmas ( I called a week ago, the first week in December) she said they had other orders to prepare before they could get to my top. Not sure I like this customer service.”

“I order it on 5/30 it didn’t come until 6/26 and then it didn’t have the top to go to it that I’m still waiting on .. I love you all products and have order several things but This has been very inconvenient. Hopefully I will get my top soon and some kind of credit .”
