“I ordered this product and selected three initials and the description said middle letter would be larger since it was last name and it wasn't. Contacted customer service who told me I should have selected the Monogramming of IMF. I had no idea what these stood for and there was no explanation on website. I suggested to customer service they fix description because it was very misleading. They basically blew me off and I have two of these that looked strange.,”
