“The backpack looks well designed. I purchased 2 bags with different names. I paid $15 extra to expediate the personalization of one of the bags and the other I did not. One still took 12 days to arrive, the other took 13 days. Unless you also pay for overnight service, it doesn't help hurry an order.”
