“Ordered early may. They promised 5-7 day delivery. 2 weeks later I tried to cancel, and I was ignored. Late July I got a notice it was in production. I emailed and said it was too late and I don't want it anymore. It was a birthday present, and I had to buy a replacement already.
The other day it arrived. The inscription is wrong, and the quality is junk.
Total ripoff.”

“The product is very nice. The only problem was getting it. I ordered it June 5th “in time for Father’s Day “ and didn’t receive it until July 28th. I understand there were delays because of covid but that was just way too long.”
We apologize for the delay, it's just that we are currently seeing an influx of orders, while also needing to maintain a limited staff due to the pandemic rules. This has put our production teams behind a little, and we are pushing to get orders out as quickly as possible. And so, some of the orders might take a while/little longer than the usual time frame given above. Also, all shipping partners/couriers are also affected as they need to take extra time to ensure packages are well disinfected prior to delivery.
