“I got the 1st cigar holder and the name on the personalized print was missing part of letters. I emailed and the same thing happened to the second one. Mistakes was NOT FIXED! Exactly the same thing happened to the second one. You can’t print someone’s last name wrong and give it to them. Now customer service is ignoring messages. Please take your business elsewhere! I ordered 1 month ahead for my anniversary and now I have nothing for my husband. You will be very disappointed!! Spend your money elsewhere!”
