“See that pocket watch that's in the email you sent, that's the watch I had ordered. The problem with it, the engraving wasn't right and I had sent a picture to customer service and they asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement...that was a mistake. I received the replacement a couple of days ago and first, the engraving isn't centered. The worst part, it's not the watch that I first ordered. This watch is larger, open face and not what I originally ordered...not pleased at all.”
