“The frame was extremely cheap, with plastic for the cover instead of glass. The mat was also flimsy and would not have held up during the signing process. While I wouldn’t recommend the product, I have to commend the company on their customer service. Even though I had to pay the shipping costs to return the frame, they did not delay my refund upon receipt and were very professional.”
