“The item was good but service was not. My item didn't even start production until well after 2 weeks of when I had placed the order.
It was a frustrating process. I contacted support and asked what the delay was for, since their site stated 4-7 business days to be created and shipped, and they then mentioned it was actually 4-10. Even then, it still took over 10 days before my item was started. I also never got the right shipping confirmation. I “had” got an email saying it was shipped but then got an email later afterwards saying my item was just starting to get produced. It was conflicting information. And when I would click on the shipping info it wouldn’t pull my item up… (because it hadn’t been shipped yet like it said).
I liked how the decanter came out.. it was for a gift and sadly didn’t come in time. I gave it to them a month after their birthday.. when I had specifically ordered before..
Because of the hardship in getting my item, and the confusion on where my item was, and the support team couldn’t give me a clear answer as to why it was taking so long (I honestly thought they had forgot about my order), I won’t be buying from them again.
**also since receiving my item I see they’ve updated their site to now say the item is produced and shipped within 5-7 business days.”
