“I didn’t read the description good enough, however even as a plastic wrap frame instead of actual wood it looks really cheap and the words don’t stick out you can barely see them unless you point them out to someone”

“I was unhappy with my order due to the disregarded rush shipping aspect. I did not get my frame within the timeframe promised, and I have yet to hear back from the multiple emails sent to discuss options. I frankly no longer need the frame, as it was supposed to be a gift for someone moving away. I paid for rush shipping both on the site and through the carrier.
