“I have ordered 4 personalized utensil holders and 3 cutting boards. Each came inscribed but the coloring in the print is so lite one can hardly read the inscriptions. Did they forget a step? This is very disappointing as the first 2 came readable. What happened to quality control? I would order more for gifts but the last 4 were so disappointing decided yo stop. I also ordered one large cutting board for about $100 thst was beautiful.
