“Our 1st cutting board arrived & you could barely see the engraved date & some of the letters in the name. Another cutting board was sent to us and this one was slightly better however the stain was awful & made it look like it was cheaply made. We purchased this as a gift & were so embarrassed by the quality that we needed to get something else. It appears items are shipped without being inspected.”

“I ordered 6 cutting boards and the engraved names are not legible. I have contacted customer service several times and sent pictures of the unsatisfactory quality. I have not received any response or compensation.”
Hello Constance, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not find the boards that you received to your liking. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker. Our customer support team already responded to your email and is just waiting for you to send the photos of the cutting boards that show the issues that you mentioned. Once received, we will be able to rectify the issue.
“This wedding gift was ordered on May 22nd and still has not arrived. It is impossible to communicate with the carrier. I have called and messaged but I keep getting the same old tired excuse. This is not a covid related shipping delay, this is flat incompetence. I wish I could share the map. It actually made it to the state that my bother lived weeks ago then about 5 states North, now it's been back in the town he lives in for the last 8 days. He still has not received it. Never will I order from this company again.”
