“I ordered 2 boards. 1 board looked good. The other board did not. It was hard to read the last letters of the name as it was very dark and there were several gash marks on the right side of the board. I did send an email to customer service in which they replied and said it would be replaced and provided an order number and said to check the order number on the site. After 6 days i had not heard anything so i went on the site to check on the new order number. There was no record of the new order. I then communicated again to the customer service rep about this. It took a few days to get a response in which she assured me it was being made and I should get confirmation when it has shipped which I have. I do not have the replacement yet so I can not comment if it looks good. My biggest disappointment is that the defective board was sent out like this.”
