“The first time around my cutting boards I ordered were messed up , so I am now waiting on my replacement order , once I receive it , I will be able to give a better review until then , the responses to my emails have been great , just waiting on my replacement order ! The replacement order came and was not fixed , I spoke with Kayla and she is suppose to be taking care of it , so this will be the third time , hoping and praying Kayla gets the problem corrected and I recieve the corrected product in round 3 if not I will be redoing the whole order from the start ! Email responses have been awesome , customer service as well it’s the production team that’s the problem !”
