“Thw overall purchase of what i recieved was good..my issue is i only received half my order...and won't recieve the other half in time for my vacation , If at all..No updates with your company is disappointing..I sent a email to yhe company to dind out about my order..No Reponse, only until I reached out again with an automatic system..who said yhey would send me out a replacement luggage tag...still no update and tracking with USPS still reads the same.." Label created waiting on item". Which tells me the item still hasn't reached USPS nor has it been shipped!..very disappointed!!..vacation is tomorrow, hopefully it will be in my mailbox when I return!”

“I order four tags for my daughter who is going on a very important trip to New York as an Ambassador for her university and I received the aluminum parts but NO LEATHER CASINGS even though I paid for them. I contacted customer service numerous times and was told they did not have any and when I asked for a refund since I only receive a portion of my order I have been ignored ever since. Now I have to hurry and find other tags and pray we can get them I time for my daughter’s trip.”

“I ordered personalized engraved luggage tags that said they came with a leather case. Reviews made it clear they do not. So I also ordered the cases. This company ONLY sent me the cases, but said they delivered 2 tags and 2 cases. They lied and then never replied to all 3 emails over 8 days I sent. I then disputed the credit card charges to try to wake them up. I highly recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS with A Gift Personalized.”
