“I ordered the Bamboo Cutting Board and set of 4 coasters, however, I only received the cutting board. I have attempted to reach the company twice by email and twice by leaving a voicemail. I have yet to receive a response. The cutting board is nice, but I would like to receive all of the items I paid for. It is very frustrating not being able to get someone on the phone and both times I called during their listed business hours. I need two more sets, but I guess I'll have to look elsewhere. Customer service is very poor.”
