“It was disappointing because the letters weren’t dark enough. It was for my husbands retired friends wife. Don’t really know if will shop here again.”
“I found that the engraving was too light in many of the cutting boards but I was offered replacement of the ones that were not acceptable. The final outcome was that I was issued a gift card to select something slightly different. I really liked how easy it was to do this. They take 100% satisfaction to heart. So, gave a middle of the road rating.”
