“Ordered several pair for gifts. One had a flaw which was replaced but with different color finger tips on the left from the right glove. Still waiting to hear back on this problem. I also would recommend black lining for black gloves. Also rather than asking for “thread color”, I think the wording should be “initial color”. Was confusing to me thinking this was glove color not initial. Overall, I feel the gloves are a good quality and warm. Worth the price. Gave 3 stars rather than 5 because of the issues I listed above.”
