“Baskets themselves are cheap material (can easily break) but the names came out great except for the pink fabric one . The cloth was darker in person than advertised in pictures so when I chose the print color it is harder to see on the fabric”

“Overall the baskets were fine - I had two issues with it. ONE - the basket is oval, not round. I did not see that this was stated in the description and was not obvious in the photos... but it was fine. My second issue was that I was advised to use the wrong color on the thread (light pink over hot pink - like the sample photo displays). I could not see my daughters name on the pink liner w light pink lettering, which was my concern and why I specifically asked what was used in the photo). Customer service took care of my issue and offered to credit me so I could order a new basket... unfortunately it would have arrived too late for Easter but customer service did what they could to help.”
