I tried putting my phone on top of the charger with the face up, I tried charging with the wireless charger plugged into the wall socket but to no avail. Do I need to install a wireless phone app? “I did love my purchase BUT I ordered it a month before Father’s Day and didn’t get it in till 2 weeks AFTER! I wasn’t aware It would take the long but other than that it’s very nice!”

I was so pleased they were delivered in time for Christmas Eve though I ordered a little later than I should have for personalized items they still managed to get it here in time.”
