“Evidently their right to left from which a person is facing them wearing the hat differs. My daughter and I were really excited to purchase these items only to be disappointed. The initial's on both hat and glove sets were sewn backwards. Our first initial that should have been to the right is to the left and our middle initial that should have been to the left was sewn to the right. The only initial that was in the correct place was our last name. My hat and glove set had mix matched thread colors. I wasted $70 on two sets that can't be returned due to monograming. Now I'm in the process of buying a new hat and glove set elsewhere and having someone local monogram them for me. For the future please have a sample to show buyers what their actual product would look like before buying as do other sites.”
