“I don't like leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately my entire experience with A Gift Personalized has been a bad one. We ordered a personalized Christmas Even Pine Wooden box with our daughter's name and are extremely disappointed in the quality. You can barely read the print on the box, half of Santa isn't even shown and I have yet to get anyone from the company to email me back. At this point I would tell others to not waste your money.”
“Pro- Delivery was on time. Made in the USA. The etched designs were adorable and I thought the price was great. I also loved being able to personalize the boxes for my grandchildren. Overall I was very pleased with the purchase.
Con: With the exception of the etched design, the boxes are rather bare. I would have been happy to pay more for a box with a latch, perhaps some color on it even if it was just Santa and the name or the border enhanced. It would also be nice if the box was lacquered and the bare wood protected. I may try to do some of that myself and see how it turns out. My husband put a magnetic latch on pretty easily, but it might be nice to offer some extras to customers, even if It is an extra cost.”
“Slow production. Once boxes were received I could not get a response to emails about damaged products. The boxes were nice with the exception of one box that did not close properly and had a crack on the bottom.”
“I’m so disappointed in the boxes. The print is so faint - nothing like advertised. I’ve sent two emails and called numerous time - no response.
Unfortunately I won’t be gifting the boxes on Christmas Eve - or ever.
