“I would just like to comment on the incredibly lacking customer service. I placed an order in November, where the company stated guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Unless Christmas is in mid February, you can imagine I was not impressed by the customer service. I never received a confirmation email from the company, and yet they still charged my card immediately. When I knew that the odds of the package being delivered in time for Christmas I tried contacting the company via email and Facebook messenger as their website requests, and I received absolutely no response even after several emails and messages. This led me to have to find another gift last minute due to their lack of communication and follow through with their orders. After thinking this was a complete lost cause I received an email in February that my order had just shipped. This will be the first and last time I order from this company and warn others to not waste their time.”
