“The glasses are beautiful but 2 out of the 6 arrived broken. The box was not packed well hence why they were broken. I emailed customer service almost a week ago when they arrived and i have not heard back yet.”

Hello Chantelle, we are sorry to hear about the confusion. The quantity of the item is indicated on the product page. They are available in single and in sets and it seems you ordered the single.
