“I ordered product 11/30 and I expected them before Christmas. I tracked for weeks and I never received the product. I was pretty disappointed because these should have been delivered to my home and then when I reached out to company they said my order was lost in transit . I then decided to get a refund as they could not figure out where my products were. Very disappointing”
“I placed an order on ~ November 24 with a 3-5 day shipping promise. Weeks went by and I heard nothing so I called. I was told order were heavy and that my order could be expidited so I said ok as I needed my order before Christmas. My order did not arrive until after Christmas and the quaility of the item was not what I had expected. I will not order from this company again based on my experience.”
