“I ordered the bag on December 2 for Christmas. Absolutely horrible service. I wasn’t getting a prompt response. I never got the bag until after the new year. It’s smaller than I expected. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund. I will never recommend a gift personalized - service means a lot. It took over a month to receive an item completely ridiculous”
