“The robes are not like the comfortable, oversized ones that are at hotels. These are thin, stiff and run small! Their one size fits all is a M/L which is more like a S/M. My robe barely closes all the way and my husband can close his at all and the sleeves don't make it to our wrists! I sent two emails regarding my concerns but no one has even bothered to respond. Terrible customer service. I do NOT recommend ordering clothing from them unless you are really petite.”
