“I ordered the bottles but in style of Tennessee Whiskey, the order was sent as Moonshiners. Upon noticing mistake I immediately emailed company, I received an email reply from Cynthia Cochran who requested an order number, the only number from email receipt was an invoice number and I emailed her that. I never got a response back. I received my bottles as Moonshiners and was disappointed in that. Ms Cochran never responded or apologized or stated that my order wasn't changed. Nothing. The bottles we're nice and I kept them because I needed to send out my groomsmen gifts and could not wait for a exchange in order. The quality of bottles is nice but it was not the style I wanted and I'm only disappointed in the customer service I received”
