“I am very disappointed with this purchase. As far as I could see there was nothing noting that a flag doesn't come in the case. The case is way overpriced for what it is, so that's why I thought maybe the flag came with it. This was a gift sent directly to a family member to celebrate their newly acquired citizenship. This company should've offered a flag purchase option to go in the case, or explicitly stated that a flag is not included. I would've had the case sent to me instead and put a flag in it before sending as a present. The whole purchase was very confusing.”
