“Ordered two sets of glasses almost two months ago, have reached out to the company multiple times without any replies. There is no customer service number to call. So far, have only received one of the four glasses I ordered. The product images are misleading because the etching is much smaller than shown in the photos. Great concept, less than great execution, wildly poor customer service. Would not order from them again - hope I eventually receive the items I ordered, that were supposed to be birthday gifts....”
