“I was disappointed in the quality of the tray, in particular, the inner personalized insert. It seemed thin, cheap and I question how well it's going to hold up with use. I can tell the personlized wooden part will wear off soon with use. I was EMBARRASSED when my daughter and son in law opened this gift, and the inner personalized insert just fell out, apparently the insert was supposed to be double taped in to secure it down, which made it look even cheaper! Only one side of tape was stuck to the insert. Not sure if the company meant for us to finish securing it to the tray, or they just missed doing it, in any event, it was EMBARRASSING seeing it fall out! It also made it very apparent how thin and cheap the insert was! This was a Five year Anniversary gift representing the gift of wood for that year anniversary ...I have doubts that it wll wear well through their next anniversary! I'm also very upset by their shipping practices! I called this compamy on a Thursday and asked if it had shipped out yet, getting concerned about it, and was told it was shipping that day and I would get a shipped out notice by end of day with tracking number. I didn't receive any shipping notice, so I called again on Friday. I was told they didn't know why I didn't get a notice, but they assured me it was shipped the day before, and I would get a shipping notice by the end of the day again...no notice that day, or all weekend! Finally on Monday I received a shipping notice, stating that it was shipping on Monday...NOT shipped on last Thursday like I was told! This company needs to better train their customer service representatives to handle customer questions with accurate, truthful information ! After seeing the quality of this tray, I wish I had researched more, and chose something of better quality!”
