“I’ve ordered several things through all over the last few months that we really like. I had requested a discount where I was given one on the app but could not figure out how to apply it to my total. I sent an email, got a response asking for more details about my order to which I responded. And then I have heard nothing back and when I return the email the email address no longer exists. Very disappointed in the customer service. This last order also took much longer than the first two with no communication.I will not be ordering anything else from your company because of this. Disappointing.”

“This is a great, quality product however the bullet doesn’t look anything like the photo. The bullet in the Glasses I received are short, stubby bullets that do not stick out of the glass as the site photo. A little disappointed considering you expect the product you purchase to look like what you see on the website.”
