“My order was 110% completely wrong, called back and said my order was wrong, said I was going to be issued the right order and 2 weeks later the original mug I ordered is still on back order so don’t know when i will be receiving correct order finally”
“It’s impossible to write a review on a item when I didn’t even receive what I ordered... after 3 emails and a voicemail to them with no response to any, I’m very frustrated to say the least. If you’re looking for good quality items, I wouldn’t suggest this site since they can’t be bothered to help you receive what you paid for. I’m tired of saying “Sorry about your Mother’s Day gift mom.””
“Ordered the personalized mug, selected the option of 2 lines. It was fairly easy and straightforward.
Received an email a few days later to ask which option I wanted. The site would not allow me to reply the email. I went to the website and found the same email address and tried to send in a new email and again it didn't go through. I called the customer service line and they knew about the email issue and but said they weren't sure if it was being worked on and also they could see very clearly that I had already selected the two line option... so they took the hold off the order and told me to expect the package in a few business days.
After several days had gone by I checked on the shipping and it never shipped! I called again and was told someone would look into it. Near the end of the day without a call back, I emailed customer service (this time the email worked) and I received a prompt email back that the shipping service lost my package. Then I was asked whether I still wanted the item or a reimbursement? I asked for expedited shipping and finally did receive what I ordered a few days later.
Overall, not a great experience.”
