“Received the ornament, very cute, but had wrong year. Immediately contacted customer service. They asked for a picture of the wrong date, which I complied. They concurred and said they would be sending me a replacement. I have not received the new ornament yet.”
“Ornament received with the wrong year on it. The year on both ornaments should have been 2021. Ornament received with the year 2020 on it. These are of no use to me. I emailed the customer service about this. I only received my order in Hawaii today, due to the fact that you do not ship to Hawaii, therefore I had to ship it to a family member in San Francisco who in turn had to ship it to me.”
