“This ornament is really cute. It's a lot lighter than I thought it would be but for the sale price I can't complain. The last name at the bottom was a little smaller than I expected but, again, for the sale price it's worth it.”

“The ornament looks great, but the customer service was lacking. I ordered my ornament on November 18th, and by the description it should have shipped out after 8-10 business days. When it still wasn't showing shipped on December 22, I sent an email asking for an update. I got no reply, apology, or explanation for the delay. It shipped out just a couple of days later, which I can only assume happened because I sent an email, and arrived after Christmas. I have no idea if I would have gotten it at all if I hadn't reached out. I can be understanding about delays, but was very disappointed in the lack of communication. Even an updated note on the website would have been a lot more acceptable.”
