“I ordered this on May 4th for a special birthday present. After waiting a couple of weeks, the tracking was messed up when I checked multiple times. I called, emailed, and messaged on the Facebook and never heard back for help. The package finally came on the 30th (past the birthday I was intending it for). Everything arrived correct and undamaged, thankfully. The recipient love the personalized decanter and glasses. It was one of my favorite gifts I had given, I just wish it wasn’t so long to receive.”
“The decanter is beautiful. The glasses on the other hand were pulverized in the package when it arrived. I couldn’t even tell you if they were the correct glasses from how broken they were. It took over a week to get a response from the company. Two phone calls and two emails later they are sending replacements. We will see how it goes.”

“First the shipping, then the product. I paid for 6 business day shipping and it took over 3 weeks to arrive. When I finally received the decanter and it was chipped on the top where the lid goes on, it is not broken and the etching is nice but I really wish it was not chipped. It is a going away gift for a friend so I have to give him a damaged product. The product lost one star for the slowest shipping I have ever had to wait on and another star for the chipped decanter. Overall, the etching looks nice and I am satisfied with the product. Would consider buying again in the future.”
