“I received my decanter and 2 glass. The decanter was broken. The package was not labeled as fragile. The decanter was also not wrapped up as well as the glasses. I am supposed to have a replacement being sent but it’s been a couple weeks and I have yet to receive an email including a tracking number or any information updating me on my order. I initially ordered giving plenty of time for all of this to possible occur prior to the day of the birthday that this gift is for. I am now days away and I’m really bummed knowing it more than likely won’t be here by then.”
