“I was excited about getting this order. I ordered 8 portfolios with NO monogramming, and I received a tracking number 2 days after I placed the order. I waited 2 weeks, but the tracking had not moved (the status was on Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item). When I reached out to A Gift Personalized Customer Service, they told me the package must have been lost in transit and provided me a full refund. I gave low stars because I did not get the order.”
