Called customer service when I received item on 12-22-19 and explained condition service rep., told her it was a gift I needed by 25th she said it should not look like that and said she would get replacement to me that would arrive on 24th. Today is the 27th and still no replacement. Very disappointed that I was not able to give the gift and your company did not do what you promised me. Due to poor quality and customer service I will not purchase from your business again and also would like to refunded my money .
