“My order was started a mont before Christmas and I didn’t receive it in time for Christmas but I was very happy with the end product. Will order again from your company just a little hard to get an answer from customer service finally on my third attempt someone responded there was a delay in orders due to massive amount of orders coming in.”
“Unfortunately the decanters were sent with out tops. It has taken several emails and a couple of weeks and still no tops. Was finally told in an email they will be shipped to me but have not yet received any shipping info. Very disappointed as the decanters themselves look great. But a decanter isnt any good without the top to seal out air.”

“Loved the decanter itself - it's made of very good quality. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed in the engraving. It was not as big as I expected it to be on the decanter. The website gives you the impression that it fits dimensionally within the empty space - but it came much smaller.”
