“I paid the extra $10.00 for RUSH shipping. When my purchase didn’t arrive when I was told it would, I emailed them asking where it was. They told me that the $10.00 rush shipping was actually the rush engraving fee. Makes ZERO sense....... My invoice even says RUSH SHIPPING not engraving. I will NEVER order from this company again...”
