“Pleased with decanter set, have ordered previously with no issues. Ordered before stated cutoff to receive by Christmas and paid extra for expedited delivery. Package delivered 12/29. Had to reach out for status if package as no updates received, expedited shipping was refunded upon request. Never had previous issues with service or turnaround.”

gift, was to be delivered a week before Christmas. I received an email from the delivery service the day it was to be delivered that it was being returned. I've tried several methods to contact them with no success. The number they provide isn't associated with them. Still don't know where the decanter is. Not to mention it wasn't cheap. In reading other reviews, it appears this is a common issue.”
