“Wanted this gift for a Christmas present. Placed my order on 12/10 and they didn’t even ship it for 13 days even though they guaranteed by Christmas. Needless to say I did not receive the package in time.”

“Purchased this for my colleague and his wife for a Christmas present! They both love it!! A perfect choice to compliment the bar area of their home. Not only an elegant piece but the name stamp gives a sense of strength and character! It’s now filled and proudly displayed! Thank you!”

“I'm not sure if you really want me to write a review. The positive is, though it was later than it should've been, I still received it by Christmas. I know they were busy but you need to not accept orders then. I received a partial order 2 days before Christmas. The box had a big gouge in the side (not their fault) but fortunately, everything was safe as it was only wrapped in packing paper inside. Very poorly packed. Upon opening it, there was only the decanter and 2 glasses. One of the glasses has a bubble on the front. It would've been ok if it was in the back. Someone just needed to take one extra second to look at the quality of the glass. So right now my son has a decanter and 1 out of 4 glasses. I have written them a few emails and I get a response saying we're sorry we're so busy do this. So I do what they ask and I still have no resolution. I honestly don't think this is their normal way of business, but they need to scale back if they are short on help to fulfill the customer demand.”
